Pasta Aglio, Olio & Peperoncino

Spaghetti-aglio-olio-pepperoncino

PASTA AGLIO, OLIO E PEPERONCINO
Ingredients
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 160g Spaghetti
  • Extravirgin olive oil, as needed
  • Chilli pepper, to taste
    (For those who like it, you can find some at the supermarket, it's called "pepper flakes")
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing
Method
1 Bring the water to a boil and then add the spaghetti.
2 Meanwhile, just 5 minutes before the pasta is done, sauté the peeled and diced garlic in the oil. Add the chilli pepper, fresh works best if you can find it.
3 Add a couple spoonful’s of the pasta water! The spaghetti should be absolutely al dente... this is a must!!
4 Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with your fried garlic, toss and add fresh parsley at the end, just before serving. And that's it!
