Bread with chia seeds
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 liters of warm water
  • 50g extra virgin olive oil Fruttato
  • 500g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100g mixed TK herbs
  • 20g of chia seeds
  • 15 green olives without stone
  • Milk

1 Pour the flour into a bowl, form a cowle in the middle, crumble the yeast into it. Add 125 ml lukewarm water and then add the sugar. Mix them with a little flour. Cover it for 15 minutes.
2 Add the remaining warm water, olive oil, salt and the egg. Use the kitchen machine (kneading) to make a smooth dough. If necessary, add some flour until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Cover it again with a dish towel for 60 minutes in a warm place.
3 When the dough has visibly risen, knead again from the hand until the air escapes. Roll the dough out (30x40 cm). Put the dough on a clean dish towel. Put the dough in a warm place for another 15 minutes.
4 Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. Mix the frozen herbals with the garlic and olive oil. Spread it on the dough. Then spread chia seeds and the olives evenly. Roll the dough from the long side with the help of the dish towel.
5 Grease the baking pan and, if necessary use a baking paper. Add the herbal bread. Slightly cut the top of the bread. Sprinkle with some milk. Bake the bread in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees.
