COOK TIME: 40 minutes
Green beans, carrots and mushrooms from the oven
  • 800 gr potatoes
  • 400 gr green beans
  • 300 gr carrots
  • 250 chestnut mushrooms
  • 300 gr chicken breast
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • Pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Fruttato Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and get a baking tray ready. Scrub the potatoes clean and cut into slices about half a centimeter thick. Cut large slices in half and separate them on the baking tray.
2 Clean the green beans and break into pieces, rinse and drain. Scrape the carrots, cut into pieces and rinse. Also drain the carrots. Divide the green beans and carrots on your baking tray between the potatoes. Cut the large mushrooms in halve and divide on the baking tray.
3 Cut the chicken into pieces and season with pepper, then spread on the baking tray. Finely chop the rosemary and sprinkle on the baking tray. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with a lot of olive oil. Slide the baking tray in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
4 After 15 minutes, take the tray out and stir the vegetables, then put it back for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle, just before serving, a bit of sea salt over the tray and your tray bake is ready.
