I remember the moment I began to love cooking even more than I already did. From one of the cookbooks of Jamie Oliver, I made a recipe with fresh mint and it smelled and tasted so nice. This made me even more excited to prepare my recipes with fresh ingredients. Preparing recipes from scratch became more and more of a challenge and the ready-to-eat meals slowly disappeared from my kitchen cupboard.
When I got the tip to start my own blog, I immediately started to write. Sharing your recipes and receiving responses makes it really fun. Through blogging, a new world opened to me and I met many like-minded people. I mainly meet them through social media and sometimes in real life during events.
Because I don’t work to the fact of a heart and double lung transplant, I have little interaction with other people. Blogging is a real godsend. The advantage is that I can do it at my own pace and make what I want and when I want it.
Therefore, I don’t limit myself to particular ingredients or diets. Everything I find good, I write on my blog. Life is too short to not indulge yourself with all sorts of goodies.
