Tomatoes, Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Tomatoes, Bacon and Cheese Quiche
  • 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for frying, baking and roasting)
  • 1 piece refrigerated pie crust, softened
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slice of bacon
  • 3-4 slices of Cheddar cheese
  • 2 freshly chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped dill
  • 4 slices of yellow pepper
  • 1/2avocado
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
1 Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut the pie crust in a round shape and place it in a tart tin. Grease the pie crust with olive oil Filippo Berio.
2 In a medium-sized bowl, mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper, then pour it into the crust. Layer the rest of the cut ingredients for a nice random aspect. Drip olive oil on top of the quiche.
3 Bake for 40 minutes. Wait 5 minutes for the quiche to cool down, then cut it into wedges and serve with fresh salad.
